Lifestyles Corporate Wellness has implemented a wellness program across our staff and Virgin brands in Sydney that has included regular office massages and personal training sessions. We see immediate payback from these programs in increased productivity and morale of our employees. The response from our employees is so positive we have to devise ways to ensure everyone has a chance to participate. We engaged Lifestyles Corporate Wellness to provide neck & shoulder massages to all Australian offices as part of our Work Life Balance Program.

The Lifestyles service was excellent, designing & implementing a massage program that was customised to our needs. The massages were an instant success generating great interest amongst employees while creating a positive vibe around the office. The online booking system reduced administration time allowing the program to be self-managed through the company intranet. The masseurs were professional in their delivery and through the use of a private room with background music were able to create an environment where the employee could relax and escape their work.

We look forward to receiving further massages from Lifestyles going forward!

"Those who had not exercised much in the past have been among the most enthusiastic as they have dropped dress sizes, extra fitness activities attended, and a lot more alert. Participating staff are encouraging others to attend training and lunch time walks as they now know what they have been missing out on. We are definitely more awake in the afternoon after exercising at lunch.

The massage sessions again have been more than a pampering session. There have been many stories of how employees are more mobile with the regular head and shoulder massages. One girl can now turn her head around to look over her shoulder, which she has not been able to do for years.

The stretching and manual-handling seminar, employees have the short stretch exercises at their workstations and try and take a minute out as a group to stretch and encourage together. It has made people more conscious of correct posture, which leads to less injury. It was amazing to watch at your seminar those who were not interested in the beginning but during the session realised this was helpful for themselves and by the end were the most enthusiastic participants."

Lifestyles Corporate Wellness did a fantastic job in providing a fifteen minute neck and shoulder massage to over 50 staff members. The massages were both fun and relaxing and you didnt even have to leave your office!
