So let Corporate Wellness Australia design a  group fitness program that will engage and inspire your team.

Our experienced personal trainers will create challenging yet enjoyable programs for your team which can include boxing, fitness circuits, running, yoga classes, pilates classes and much more. The classes can take place before or after work, lunch time sessions in the company’s gym or outdoors. Corporate Wellness Australia will supply all necessary equipment.

There are many benefits of these inclusions in an on-site health and wellness program. These include convenience, time management and insurance. We can include the following in a corporate health and fitness package:

  • Body Scans– The scanner uses Bioelectric Impedance Analysis (BIA) to monitor multiple components of overall health. The results are analyzed along with gender, age, height and weight for an accurate and comprehensive reading. Measurements include Weight, Body Fat %, Body Water %, Daily Caloric Intake, Metabolic Age, Bone Mass, Muscle Mass, Physique Rating, and Visceral Fat Rating.
  • Group Training – Organising training sessions with different activities. Some activities can include boxing classes, circuit and weights..
    Cardiovascular Training – Walking or running days. This is a great workout whilst getting some sunlight and fresh air.
  • Strength Training – For women and men who may have never done weight training before this program will ensure participants achieve amazing benefits whilst toning the arms, legs and stomach.
  • Yoga – is about joining of the body, the mind and the spirit. Yoga is built on three main structures: exercise, breathing, and meditation. Regular practice of all three produces a clear bright and energized mind and a strong flexible body.
  • Pilates – Great for inner strength and muscle definition, Discover why it is such a popular exercise.
  • Bootcamp – Get results and fast, 4 weeks of high energy, hard work training at different outdoor locations. All fitness levels are welcome but be prepared to work!!
  • 12-week transformation challenge – 12 weeks of intense training and healthy eating to transform your body and mind.
